Ece Pınar Demirel is a designer who works in many different fields. In addition to her main area of expertise in fashion accessories and jewelry design, she is also skilled in costume, graphic and illustration design.
Born in Kuşadası, Turkey, she began her education in music at the Anatolian Fine Arts High School in İzmir and earned her first bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Dokuz Eylül University. Later, she pursued a second bachelor’s degree in Fashion Accessories Design at the same university’s Faculty of Fine Arts, graduating in 2012.
After winning a jewelry design competition, she received a scholarship to complete her master’s degree in Fashion Accessories & Luxury Goods at Istituto Marangoni in Milan. Following her studies, she worked as a designer for various brands.
In 2014, she founded EPD Atelier, creating timeless, unique, handmade fashion accessories. Since 2019, she has been hosting workshops focused on craft and design, while also working as a freelance designer specializing in jewelry, bag, and costume design. In 2023, she launched esDea Jewelry, a design-driven brand inspired by mythology, ancient symbols, and cultural heritage.
Currently, she teaches Fashion Accessory and Jewelry Design at various universities.
